Governor Overhaul Process

1. Governor is received, paperwork packet is opened and will follow the component through out the servicing.
   
   
2. The governor is then disassembled and cleaned.
   
   
3. Components are inspected by our certified Level 2 inspectors, using magnetic particle and liquid penetrant procedures.
   
   
4. Components are then dimensionally checked to verify they meet the manufactures specifications.
   
   
5. The governor is then reassembled. High and low RPM is set for the aircraft using a calibrated test stand.
   
   
6. Governor is now ready for installation and rigging on the aircraft.
